At Hayabusa, we stand behind the quality of our gear and want to ensure you have the best experience possible. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 45 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unused condition with all tags attached.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Shipping Label

Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email; simply print it out and attach it securely to your return package.

Pack and Ship

Place your items in their original packaging and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location to be sent back to our distribution center.

Processing and Refund

After our warehouse team inspects your returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
